As the Studio Manager at Frost Creative, Rachel plays a vital role in ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams. With a keen eye for detail, she efficiently updates our database and project management systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and accessible.
Rachel serves as the primary client liaison, managing project workflows to guarantee that projects run smoothly from start to finish. She is also responsible for overseeing the business accounts, including processing purchase and supplier invoices.
In addition to her financial responsibilities, Rachel helps to monitor website content, proofreading and publishing to maintain our high standards. Her HR duties and meticulous tracking of timesheets further contribute to the efficient operation of our studio. With her organisational skills and dedication, Rachel ensures that Frost Creative continues to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
