Updated 2020 Delivery after a decade of outstanding work

As public service consultancy 2020 Delivery celebrated its tenth anniversary, the company had built a strong reputation on improving public services and delivering lasting change for service users and taxpayers. Bringing the brand up-to-date would mean simplifying, streamlining and demonstrating the confidence and prestige the brand had already earned.

Understated yet effective branding

We proposed a variety of design concepts and strapline ideas. Across every variant, one thing was the same: a dramatic shift from cluttered, inconsistent messaging to a crystal-clear unified identity.

2020 Delivery’s new identity included several key components. First, a no-fuss strapline – ‘The Public Service Consultants’ – combined transparency and clarity with a level of confidence. Second, a renewed focus on the ‘delivery’ aspect of the company’s work would be captured in tweaks to the logo, as well as a bespoke image library focusing on the team in motion.

Finally, a simple graphical system using two overlapping lines conveyed a spirit of collaboration without complexity.
