Print Lover is a new online print brand developed as a sub-brand of CFH, a trusted leader in secure and sustainable communications. Created to combine CFH’s heritage with a fresh, fun, and engaging personality, Print Lover delivers secure, ethical, and beautifully designed print through a seamless online platform.
Challenge:
While CFH has an established reputation in secure print and communications, it lacked an offering tailored to the fast-paced, design-led world of modern online print buyers. The goal was to create a distinct, standalone brand that could attract a new audience, embody passion for print, and showcase an ethical approach, while still leveraging CFH’s trusted heritage.
Solution:
We led a full brand creation process, starting with strategic discovery and collaborative naming workshops to define the brand’s personality, values, and positioning.Through insight from stakeholders and market research, we crafted the brand essence: Print with Purpose. This informed the creation of a distinctive name, visual identity, and tone of voice that blended CFH’s trusted reliability with a quirky, engaging, and illustrated people-focused feel.
We delivered a comprehensive brand toolkit and guidelines covering logo, colour palette, typography, brand language, and UX/UI elements for the new direct-to-print website platform, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
