CFH is a leading, national, multi-channel communications provider that offers solutions to empower clients to connect with their customers in a cost-effective and efficient way.

CFH’s diverse portfolio of products and services, including Dotpost, Docmail, and Print UK, had been growing organically for decades, leading to confusion about the relationship between these brands and what CFH stood for as a whole.

Frost Creative was briefed to review and redefine CFH’s brand identity and deliver greater clarity for their audience.

A cohesive identity system

Our approach to the brand overhaul placed a priority on developing a simple and cohesive identity system that would ensure brand continuity and consistency across all existing sub-brands. The new system also allows for new products to be added seamlessly in the future while maintaining a consistent overall brand identity.

Our solution has helped CFH establish itself as a leading multi-channel communications partner while presenting the brand as friendly and approachable. The new identity system enhances overall brand recognition and enables the sales team to cross-sell products and services more effectively.

Delivering a powerful and effective new brand

Our full programme of work included discovery workshops and staff interviews, brand strategy, brand architecture, tone of voice and key messaging, identity system, brand guidelines, workspace, marketing collateral, photography, animation, and website design guide.
