As a specialist construction consultancy, BWS Group provides a range of support for commercial projects and high quality bespoke digital building manuals and health & safety support.
Challenge:
Whilst their services and values had evolved over time, BWS Group’s brand had not. Additionally, storage of construction documents and manuals was time-consuming and inefficient.
Solution:
A full rebrand created a cleaner, more versatile look that works across all touchpoints. This was born from a deep dive into company mission, values and goals; competitor analysis and market positioning, plus feedback from stakeholders and staff.
Then we built a custom online platform to automate the compilation of construction documentation and manuals. This system integrates seamlessly into their workflow, reducing admin time and improving service delivery. Clients now get faster access to essential documents, and the user experience is smoother across the board.
Results:
Greater brand awareness, in-part resulting in the launch of a new division focused on the Building Safety Act, plus a streamlined admin process and heightened operational efficiency.
