Greater visibility & more aligned comms brings high value projects

Client:
Cascade Communications is an award-winning consultancy specialising in strategic communications, advocacy and engagement within the built environment. They advise on high-profile, complex projects such as Battersea Power Station and Lambeth Palace Library.

Challenge:
Differentiation and communicating their core purpose weren’t achieving the desired results. Together with an inconsistent visual identity and lack of internal & external alignment, the impact of their brand was being diluted.

Solution:
To address these issues, a series of creative and strategic workshops, competitor and sector analysis, plus engaging with staff and customers was undertaken. As a result, a new brand strategy and positioning of ‘Engaging Communities’ was created.

Where their previous collaterals lacked cohesion, a more consistent visual identity was now applied across touchpoints. And a new more user-friendly website was developed, better reflecting their expertise and addressing previous loading speed and user navigation problems.

Results:
Enhanced brand visibility and unified messaging across teams and audiences have helped secure key projects, including the £600 million redevelopment of Stanmore College.

“That is perfect”
